  2. 1.2.Click on "Settings" (gear icon) → "View all Outlook settings"
  3. 1.3.Navigate to "Calendar""Shared calendars"
  4. 1.4.Under "Publish a calendar", select your calendar from the dropdown
  5. 1.5.Click "Publish" and copy the ICS link (not the HTML link!)

Important: The URL should start with https://outlook.live.com/owa/calendar/... and end with /calendar.ics

2

Generate Your Fixed ICS Feed

  1. 2.1.Create a free account or log in to ICS Fixer
  2. 2.2.Paste your Outlook calendar URL in the dashboard
  3. 2.3.Select your preferred timezone (the timezone you want events to display in)
  4. 2.4.Click "Generate Fixed Feed" and copy your new ICS Fixer URL

Your fixed feed URL will look like: https://[project-id].supabase.co/functions/v1/ics-feed/[your-feed-id]

3

Add Fixed Feed to Google Calendar

  1. 3.1.Go to Google Calendar
  2. 3.2.Click the "+" button next to "Other calendars" on the left sidebar
  3. 3.3.Select "From URL"
  4. 3.4.Paste your ICS Fixer URL and click "Add calendar"
  5. 3.5.Wait 5-10 minutes for Google to fetch the calendar (first sync can be slow)

Note: ICS Fixer refreshes every 2 hours, and Google Calendar checks subscribed calendars approximately every 4-6 hours. Changes in Outlook may take up to 8 hours to appear in Google Calendar.
